Client Problem: 

Inefficient resource allocation, led to significant leadership team time wasted, project delays, overworked team members, underutilized talent and frequent adverse impacts on profitability.

Varon Consulting Solution/Action: 

Implemented a comprehensive resource management overhaul including:

  1. Creating s system and database for all staff to self-rank their capabilities giving leadership the insights needed to make better decisions
  2. Created a dynamic staffing model based on project requirements and consultant skills
  3. Established a weekly resource review meeting to proactively address allocation issues (and kicked the CEO out of this call unless urgency required input
